How to use ValueTextFormat in dial360

May 5, 2009 at 1:21 AM
I downloaded the latest bits (build 24634)  and i am trying to set the value format to 1 decimal place so that the the number at the center appears for example as 30.2. however it still appears as 030. What is the exact way to put in the format?

dials:Dial360 x:Name="mydial" ValueTextFormat="'{0:00.0}'" ValueTextColor="Blue" Value="30.2" ></dials:Dial360>

Hi There.

Looks like you found a defect. Thankfully I have a couple of days to look at the project at the moment so I will get a fix in soon

Awesome! Works great now. Thanks a ton David. These are very useful dashboard tools. I just had a small question :)

When i put this with no space in the double quotes ValueTextFormat="{0:00.0}" I get an error saying 'Invalid attribute value {0:00.0} for property ValueTextFormat'; but when i put ValueTextFormat=" {0:00.0}"  (note the space after " ) then works perfect. I know this is not a dashboard control issue, but what is the syntax?
