Value format string should be user settable

Hi,  A nice job. About the 360dial control. The double value assigned get rounded to int. Can it be shown as double itself and also is there a way to show the unit in the dial along with the value....

Add minimum and maximum properties to the dashboard base class

The gauges and dials are all currently based on values, 0..100 we sould be able to set the minimum and maximum expected values and have the gause calculate the percentage from that
